Job Title: Sr ETL Developer

Location: Charlotte/NC & Iselin, NJ - Hybrid 2-3 days onsite

Duration: Long Term

Required Skills:

Experience integrating the components of the following ORACLE, SQL and Data Stage (ETL)
Deep Experience working with flat files, XML transformations
Deep experience in Quality Stage, Data Acquisition and Data Integration
Solid experience with Quality Stage Address Standardization CASS modules is required.
Deep experience in ETL development using DataStage
Ability to design multi-tiered data delivery applications based on given requirements
Ability to facilitate requirements and design sessions with analytic business users
Experience creating high level and low level designs and working with business stakeholders to
Minimum 6-8 years Experience with ORACLE
SQL optimization skills and experience
Analyze and understand source data and design target data models
Analyzes performance and capacity issues of the highest complexity with systems / applications software and/or application components.
Provides mentoring and training to junior staff.
Excels at working collaboratively with IT staff on development, troubleshooting and other technical efforts.
Translates business requirements into functional / technical specifications. Oversees implementation of these specifications.
